My journey in business began in 1996, when I launched my first cleaning company. While life circumstances later required me to step away, the values built during that time never left me: a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and genuine pride in providing a service people can rely on.
I later built a long and rewarding career in healthcare practice management, working across GP and dental practices for nearly 22 years. During that time, I was part of management teams responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of essential services, both front and back of house.
Those roles required organisation, clear communication, problem-solving, and empathy, often supporting people during stressful or uncertain moments.
